Breakfast Club

At Conway Primary School, we are proud to offer a daily Breakfast Club, which operates from 7:45am to 8:50am each school day.

To ensure that children have sufficient time to enjoy breakfast and settle into activities before the start of the school day, pupils should arrive no later than 8:15am. Where children regularly arrive after this time without prior agreement, the school reserves the right to review their place at Breakfast Club.

We are delighted to work in partnership with the Greggs Foundation, enabling us to provide 100 free full-time Breakfast Club places for pupils from Reception to Year 6.

During each session, children are offered a nutritious breakfast, including a selection of cereals, fresh fruit, toast, milk, water and fruit juices. A range of engaging activities is also available each morning, helping children start the day positively and ready to learn.

After-School Clubs

We offer a wide range of after-school clubs throughout the week, delivered on the school premises by our experienced staff and specialist sports coaches.

Our clubs are available to pupils from Reception to Year 6 and provide opportunities for children to develop new skills, pursue their interests, and participate in a variety of sporting, creative and enrichment activities.

Please note that some clubs vary from term to term, depending on demand and availability.

Late Night Provision

Conway Primary School offers a Late Night Provision in addition to our After-School Club programme. This provision operates from the end of the After-School Clubs until 6:00pm each day.

The standard fee for Late Night Provision is £10 per session. For children attending an After-School Club immediately beforehand, a reduced rate of £6 per session applies, provided the place has been pre-booked and paid for in advance.

During the session, children participate in a range of enjoyable and supervised activities, and are provided with a light snack, fresh fruit, and a drink.

Activities may include:

• Board games and group activities
• Arts and crafts
• Watching age-appropriate films
• Social and recreational play

Children are also encouraged to:

• Complete homework tasks
• Read independently
• Engage in creative writing and other quiet learning activities

Booking Information

Places must be booked for specific days on a half-termly basis and cannot be reserved on an ad hoc daily basis. For example, if you book a place for Mondays, payment is required for all Mondays within that half term, regardless of attendance.
